Brown Oxide replaces the traditionalBlack Oxide to improve the binding of inner-layer boa rd . This process develops a conversion process of brown oxide coxite replacement on even coated copper surface.It ensures to have strengthened the binding force between copper foil and inner layer during the production of multilayer PCB.The conveying system uses the solt material,which is able to prevent the roll prin t from appearing on the surface of PCB.Excellent structure of water jet scalpel and unique spraying design strengthen the binding force;breakaway cotton core filter could eliminatc the block up of flood bar.

PCB Oxide Replacement Machine Features: 

1. No board shutdown function, free to set the boardless shutdown time,  which helps to save water and electricity; 2. Overheating protection function, when the heating section exceeds the  set temperature, an alarm will be issued; 3. Liquid level alarm function, the liquid level is too high to send an alarm; 

4. The swing is upgraded, the diameter is thickened, the wear-resistant  sheet is added, the swing is stable, and the spraying is more uniform.
