Xinyue CNC JY-ZBB20 CCD Target Drilling Machine is a high-precision visual target drilling equipment specially built for intelligent production. It is suitable for target processing of rigid board substrates such as multi-layer core boards, aluminum boards, copper boards and ceramic boards, with a single-hole drilling time of ≤1 second. It features excellent processing adaptability: it can process boards with a maximum width of 600mm and unlimited length, a regular processing thickness of 0.05-3.2mm (up to 10mm at maximum, camera focal length adjustment required when thickness ≥4mm); the regular target drilling diameter is 1.0-5mm (camera recognition range adjustment required when diameter ≥5mm). Controlling the board thickness difference ensures good processing effect under high-precision requirements.
The equipment delivers outstanding precision performance: drilling deviation precision ≤0.02mm, drilling size tolerance ≤0.025mm, and repeated drilling precision ≤0.03mm. The Z-axis is controlled by a lead screw, allowing arbitrary adjustment of drilling height, and the spindle has a maximum speed of 60,000 rpm. Equipped with a CCD visual recognition system with a comprehensive acquisition range of over 6*8mm, it supports two recognition methods (single & double ring recognition and photo comparison) and can accurately identify circular or hole-shaped single & double ring target patterns.
The equipment has flexible configurations, with standard and optional solutions for tool changing function, spindle power and spindle cooling mode. The upper light source is a red shadowless light source (white optional), and the lower light source is an imported high-specification light source. It is equipped with ground-grade and rolled-grade lead screws and professional guide rails, with stable performance of pneumatic components. It is also fitted with upper and lower double dust extraction structures, with dust collection requirements of 2 cubic meters per hour and a pipe diameter of 50. The power supply is 220V 50/60HZ 2KW and the air pressure requirement is 0.8MPa 10L/min. No special supporting transformation is needed for quick commissioning.
