PCB Production Line Wet Process Equipment PCB Tin Stripping Machine
The PCB Tin Stripping Machine is a critical piece of equipment in the manufacturing process of printed circuit boards (PCBs), primarily used to remove residual tin layers from the circuit board surface after the etching process. This tin layer, originally serving as an etching resist, covers the copper foil to prevent dissolution of non-circuit areas by the etching solution. After tin stripping, the copper circuitry is fully exposed, forming the final conductive pathways and laying the foundation for subsequent processes such as solder mask coating and component soldering.
Features:
1. No board shutdown function, free to set the boardless shutdown time,which helps to save water and electricity;
2. Overheating protection function, when the heating section exceeds the set temperature, an alarm will be issued;
3. Liquid level alarm function, the liquid level is too high to send an alarm;
4. The swing is upgraded, the diameter is thickened, the wear-resistant sheet is added, the swing is stable, and the spraying is more uniform.
Equipment process:
Board entry→ tin withdrawal →overflow water washing (1) (2) (3) →clean water washing → dry board combination →board exit
