Product Image
1.The ion pollution testing system subsidiary is a PCB industry standard
2. Use static measurement methods and dynamic measurements to repeatedly determine ion contamination on printed circuit boards and assemblies. In fact, this instrument is an extraction solution resistivity testing system.
3. Conducts pollution testing in accordance with IPC-650 (Test Method 2.3.25) to achieve its process control objectives.
4. Provided the ability to heat the test solution to 40 degrees to test the substrate. IPC-TM-650 describes the benefits of heating the test solution, such as accelerating and improving ion extraction efficiency in areas that are not easily accessible, such as the bottom of SMT surface mounted electronic components. In addition to increasing efficiency, the heating system adopts PID control to ensure temperature consistency of the test solution. Conversely, the temperature of the unheated system cavity solution is highly susceptible to the heat generated by the pump due to friction during testing operation. The changing temperature can cause abnormal conductivity sensor data.
