Automatic Copper Thickness Testing Machine

This machine is a general testing equipment used for measuring the thickness of copper foil on circuit boards, particularly suitable for testing the copper thickness on PCB surfaces after electroplating.

Testing Principle:

1. The board enters the machine, and a camera captures and reads the board's code, which is then used to retrieve the test data sheet.

2. The board moves to the positioning area, where it is centered and secured on both sides.

3. The machine conducts three tests on the board.

4. After testing, the board proceeds to the exit area.

1. The machine is equipped with intelligent features. By providing drilling data, the machine can automatically identify and locate correct test points, avoiding mismeasurement of the hole positions.

2. Test points can also be manually set for measurement.

3. The direction of the board being tested can be freely adjusted.

4. Test data can be tracked by batch, shift, and day to meet quality requirements.

5. The machine is equipped with a leakage protection switch and proper grounding measures to ensure personal safety.

6. The control system is user-friendly, practical, and equipped with an automatic alarm function.

7. A scanner gun can be attached for code recognition, enabling data interaction with the MES system and upload to a database.
