This machine tool is a horizontal five axis machining center with a box in box structure.
This machine tool is a fully automatic composite machining center that integrates milling, drilling, tapping, and reaming, and the consistency of the processed products is extremely high.
It has high rigidity and ultra-high speed of 6000rpm rigid tapping,as well as ultra-high surface quality and machining accuracy.
One clamping can complete pentahedral processing, reducing the time and accuracy of secondary clamping. Optional dual exchange workbench for online clamping of workpieces, reducing clamping time and improving production efficiency.
